Savrr is a social personal finance management app designed for young adults. It helps you save smarter by setting goals, connecting with friends and family, and tracking progress together. Savrr is a savings app built on a simple idea: You save better when someone sees your progress. Invite your circle. Share milestones, not money. Stay consistent without the pressure, the shame, or the oversharing. Because money is personal. The work shared in this portfolio is the version as of January, 2026. Any changes or updates to development and branding are post-hand-off implementations.

Each of these modules will be reviewed in this body of work, accompanied by a brief explanation of their different sections and functions.

Onboarding

Sign up, verify, connect a bank account through Plaid, and you're in. The flow explains why each step matters, why savings accounts work better than checking, what Plaid can and can't see, so trust is built before the first goal is ever set.

Dashboard

Your money, split into two honest numbers. Savrr Savings is money committed to goals, Non-Savrr Savings is everything still unassigned, and that one split turns a vague balance into a decision. Below it sits goals on track, circle activity, and a daily tip: progress and pressure-free motivation in a single glance.

Goals

Goal creation and management. Every goal knows where it stands. Ahead of Schedule, On Schedule, Catching Up, Behind Schedule. Each goal carries a target, a deadline, days remaining, and a next scheduled save, so drift is visible early instead of discovered late. Funds move between unassigned and committed in one action.

Circles

Share milestones, not money. Invite people you trust by email or a single-use link. They see what you're saving for and how far along you are, never the amounts. Reactions and comments replace the guilt-based nudging that makes saving feel lonely. You also have access to circle member profile if they keep it public.

Badges

Proof that the effort happened. Starter, Builder, Planner, Saver, Achiever, Master Saver: six milestones tied to real behaviour. Each locked badge shows exactly what's left to earn it, and unlocked ones are shareable. Consistency gets a receipt.

Settings

Control over what your circle sees. Granular sharing toggles, notification control, bank and subscription management, and Savrr Learn, a library of how-to's, quick reads, and a financial literacy quiz that tunes daily tips to your level. Personal stays personal by default.
